Scrapbooking Retreat House Wisconsin Minnesota

We have a floor plan, we have a builder and are exploring lots... we've even bought some furniture! But with the slowing economy, we have decided to wait to build until we have a better idea of demand and of what is desired by you, our guests.

We are considering a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plan that is bright, open and vaulted with a large craft room all on one level. Each bedroom would have three twin beds. The craft room would have six 5' tables and comfortable, adjustable chairs with lots of windows and excellent lighting. The furnishings and decor would be similar to Bridge Creek Cottage.

1. Is six crafters a desirable number?

2. Where are you from and what is the maximum distance that you would be willing to drive? (even if gas goes to $4.50/gal).

3. Do you prefer a rural setting or to be more "in town"?

4. How many retreats per year would you be planning to reserve? What time of year do you prefer?

5. Price- What is the price you would pay to stay at this retreat? (per person based on six guests)

6. Are you interested in weekend retreats or midweek retreats (nearly half price)?
